This Uruk died defending my fortress, but he was a necromancer, and so I resurrected him. I made him my bodyguard thinking that the " Undying Loyalty " perk would prevent him from betraying me. I was wrong though and when I summoned him on a mission, he betrayed me. I haven't seen this happen and I'm not even sure if it's supposed to.
