Chimichurri Chicken Recipe: Juicy Grilled Chicken with Fresh Herb Sauce in 15 Minutes
Make the juiciest Chimichurri Chicken in just 15 minutes! This easy chimichurri chicken recipe pairs perfectly grilled chicken with a bright, fresh herb sauce — ideal for weeknight dinners, BBQs, and healthy meal prep. Follow along for a quick, flavorful meal that’s low-carb, gluten-free, and packed with fresh herbs.
Chimichurri Chicken🍡
Ingredients - Chimichurri Sauce:
1/2 cup Chopped Coriander
1/2 cup Chopped Parsley
1/4 cup Garlic
4 - 5 Red Chillies
1tsp Salt
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
2tsp Oregano
Juice of Half Lemon
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 Small Onion
1/4 Cup Brown Vinegar
Method :
1. Mix the above ingredients and adjust seasonings and ingredients as per taste. Marinate for 15 to 30 mins.
2. Use it as a marinade or as a dip.
Ingredients - Chimichurri Chicken :
300g Chicken Thighs (boneless)
1tsp Salt
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tbsp Garlic
3tbsp Chimichurri Sauce
Method :
1. Cut chicken thighs into small pcs.
2. Add the chicken to a bowl, along with salt, balck pepper powder, chopped garlic and chimichurri sauce. Mix well. Marinate for 30 mins.
3. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 15 mins.
4. Sew the chicken in thr skewers.
5. Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan. Place the chicken skewers on it and fry till it get brown marks on it on both sides.
