My First Meditation Experience Story: "I was never the same again..."

This is about my meditation experience story. On one random day, I decided out of the blue to give meditation a try. Now before then, I had never tried meditation, and I wasn’t, like, in the practice of meditating. But my brother had suggested a while back to try meditating by closing my eyes and observing my thoughts without interrupting it or interfering or judging it. He told me to just to let it flow and I simply just observe it. And for some reason, this suggestion had intrigued me.

So I laid down on my bed and closed by eyes, and I focused on observing my mind. Whatever thoughts happened to me, I’d passively observe without making any judgments, good or bad.

And woah… what I observed was startling.
