This is the first time I have used the word "innocent" to describe a defendant. Even my case, I never accused our corrupt DA's office of prosecuting me while knowing I was innocent. District Attorney "Country Kenny" Wright and his minion, "New England Nic" Lelecas prosecuted me for years for knowing for a fact that I didn't do what their star witness accused me of doing: shoot him in the back of the leg as he was retreating.

And of course, here in the Bible Belt, we know that no man is innocent for all have fallen short of the Glory.

In Delco 7 we will look at DA Country Kenny Wright's filing of 5 felonies against a local girl when he and his underlings know for a fact from the police report that she is innocent of at least one of the felonies (the one that carries a life sentence), and by his own admission, her husband, who is a violent felon and Delaware County informant, is guilty of Country Kenny charged her with.

County Kenny also knows that no jury will believe beyond a reasonable doubt her guilt of the other four felonies, as I explain in Delco 7.

But Country Kenny is not Country, he is a suburbanite invader to our rural community whose goal is not to take out the trash, because he himself is trash.

He makes a practice of charging people without probable cause in order to protect his snitches. Which is what a DA does in the Delaware County Oklahoma Informant Based Incarceration Industry.
