In this video, we explore the calendar features of Akiflow, a powerful productivity tool that integrates with your Google Calendar seamlessly. We show you how to use Akiflow's calendar to schedule events, customize your view, share availability, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

We begin by demonstrating how to create an event in Akiflow by clicking on any free slot or designing one. We then show you how to customize your view by selecting from one day to seven days a month view and using shortcuts to navigate faster. We also introduce you to the settings icon, which allows you to activate time zones, group overlapping tasks, or activate and deactivate notifications for your events.

Next, we explore Akiflow's availability-sharing feature, which makes it easy to schedule calls and meetings with others. We show you how to design the slots you want to share, move them around, change the time zone if needed, and copy the text into an email.

We also discuss how Akiflow handles multiple time zones, allowing you to activate a second time zone and select a secondary time zone that appears next to yours. This is especially useful if you work with people in different parts of the world.
