4. Restart Apache Server
5. Create a Database for WordPress
6. Run the virtual host domain in the browser

MAMP is just a tool that lets you install the software and tools required for building any website or web application whereas WordPress is a Content Management System CMS which is one of the Web development frameworks which can be used to build a website. It is always better to have your web development environment setup done using a command-line interface.
