I'm not actually sure if the artist is Fright Nite, but that's what iTunes and Discogs says, though it doesn't say it on mine. Distributed by Regent Products Corp.

Edit: Actually, the existence of this eBay listing leads me to believe that the same company made both this release and the one Chamber of Fear is from, but under different names: https://www.ebay.com/itm/193705610986...
I'm not sure if this is supposed to exist or if it's some weird factory error that somehow occurred because that disc was not meant to go in that packaging. As I was writing this, I found another listing for one just like it, so I think it was actually some weird release where they mixed up the packaging and disc.
