Two Turtles - What I Would Change if I Made Them Today

I made this sculpture of an endangered tortoise 14 years ago, with paper mache clay. The little turtle was made with the Silky-Smooth Air dry clay 11 years ago, when I was getting ready to move into my current house. The little turtle stayed at my old house, a gift for the little boy who was moving in. The tortoise was thrown away because he was damaged in the rain.

Yes, I could have saved the tortoise, but I didn't know that back then. Live and learn, I guess. 😊
