The Nightmare Before Christmas animated cake

This is our daughter's 8th birthday cake, The Nightmare Before Christmas. Mostly covered with fondant and sprayed with food coloring. There are about 10 cakes (boxed) stacked in there to make the hill. We got as much on there as we could do in the time allowed. Definitely missing quite a lot of details from the movie this time. We are still wiping up purple from the over spray around the house, unbelievable how far food coloring can travel! You'll notice two differences in the video vs some of the pictures: 1. The fog coming from the fountain wasn't quite working so right before the party we swapped fog for the green goo coming from the mouth. 2. Oogie Boogie's lair is lit with black light, in the video, one of the lights was shifted (while moving the cake apparently) and pointing at the wall instead of the skeletons in the vice, some pictures show it corrected. We really liked this cake, as always there was more to be done but in the end this one turned out very cute. Its hard not to make a cool Nightmare Before Christmas cake!
Favorite Part: Oogie Boogie
Least Favorite Part: Fondant bumps, sloppy job on the underlying plastic caused bumps.
