Tilted Vertical Attic Antenna

Описание к видео Tilted Vertical Attic Antenna

How to get the most out of an attic antenna for 40-10 meter operation using available materials with a counterpoise system. Many ideas are included for different types of attic situations using wire, autotuner, coax, insulators, and ground radials. The specific inverted L system in use is shown with detailed dimensions. A 10 meter section is isolated with a trap from an old tri band beam and is resonant. The remainder of the bands are non resonant and tuned with an autotuner at the base for operation on 40-30-20-17-15-12-10 meter amateur radio hambands. The video explains the effects of wood rafters, asphalt shingles, low proximity to the ground, antenna wire diameter, and typical home insulation. Actual operational results are shown for operation with the tilted vertical attic antenna with 95 watts of power.
