Finding interviewees and scheduling sessions with those people is hard. And I mean that in a way that it’s doable - but it just takes a lot of time and effort when you are starting from scratch.
And it’s incredibly, impossibly great that we can use tech solutions to do this with players worldwide, with video and screen sharing and all that good stuff that lets us do better research.
But.. it’s still hard finding interviewees. And finding times that you can both make.
