Remarkable Customized Multifunctional Omnidirectional Mobile transfer cart is used for the inspection and maintenance of large aircraft.
Based on its omnidirectional movement capability, this trolley is customized with a range of functions. The custom-made electric deck supports folding and lifting operations, enabling safe transportation of goods and personnel to the cart's operating platform. The operating platform adopts a scissor lift design, with a maximum lifting height of 2 m. It features a double-layer, telescopic structure that allows for workstation adjustment.
Laser infrared distance and position measurement technology ensures the transfer cart moves to precise locations, with real-time movement data displayed on both the remote controls and the visual operation console.
The transport cart is equipped with four outriggers for stable support, preventing tipping. It has three operation interfaces: two remote controls and one visual operation console, all fitted with display screens that show real-time data on all functional statuses of the vehicle. Two personnel can operate the trolley simultaneously—one acting as a safety supervisor to control the Automatic transfer cart, and the other controlling the vehicle and performing related operations at the operating platform.
All functional modules of the Self propelled transporter are interconnected and interlocked, ensuring the safety of goods and personnel during operation.
