Power Plant 157,570 Points - Team Dark - Sonic Heroes (GCN)

What a truly chaotic stage this is. I thought Team Sonic's version of the stage was pretty complicated with its combos, but this takes it to another level. This is in part due to the abundance of turtles to defeat - which add a huge luck factor to the combos. In this run I finally managed to lose no points from these turtles, but in my previous runs I always did for at least one.

It's usually the golden turtles that can give 0 points, but the normal ones occasionally can as well. A lot of golden turtles in this stage are linked to 5 enemy combos, so getting 0 points for one would not only be a 400 point enemy loss, but also a 1000 point combo bonus loss for only destroying 4 enemies.

In terms of the combo setups though, this stage has some pretty slick ones. The generator rooms are satisfying to do, with how the enemies are super spread out yet still possible to chain from top to bottom. The second one in particular is really cool, as you essentially grab everything as rouge in one flight - 3 level ups, 5 enemies and a set of rainbow rings to finish it off.
