Red Dreams we asked to provide music at Middlesbrough College Freshers, held over 2 weeks in September; and we got some amazing singers, musicians and singer songwriters to perform for the students.

This is our 3rd year of doing it and it was amazing, the quality, professionalism and outstanding talent.

The band as it stands (Jen Stevens on lead vocals and piano, Aaron Dixon-Cave on guitar and backing vocals, Tony Pottinger on bass guitar and backing vocals, and Adam Barnes on drums and backing vocals) has been together since 2006, and perform regularly around the North East and at venues all over the UK. As well as taking part in events such as Teenage Cancer Trust gigs and Sunday for Sammy alongside Lindesfarne, Maximo Park, The Futureheads, Paul Weller and Jools Holland, the band have supported several big acts, including Scouting for Girls, Squeeze, Neville Staple, Toploader and Brand New Heavies.

Jen Stevens is a musician/pianist/singer/songwriter based in the North East of England. She is an experienced and passionate live performer, doing 20 gigs per month on average. Her voice has been described as ‘inimitably beautiful,’ and her songs as ‘incredibly powerful and moving, with heart-wrenching lyrics.’

And remember Red Dreams are based in Hartlepool, have rehearsal and recording facilities, photo shoot space, film making and editing facilities and our own venue 'The Pluto Room'.

We have had recording played on local, regional and national radio and television, as well as a few song chart in the official and iTune charts.

We shoot live lounge videos too, mix and master sound and edit the video to your requirements.

We are always looking for volunteers too (full training given)
