Mystica Hamelon 2023 – Mittelalter Spektakel in Hameln / medieval festival in German town

Am ersten Märzwochenende taucht die Rattenfängerstadt Hameln ins Mittelalter ab. Hameln lädt zur Mystica Hamelon Festival und viele sind gekommen. Das Spektakel erstreckt sich auf der Fußgängerzone durch in gesamte Altstadt Hamelns, an der sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Kneipen, Restaurants und Boutiquen befinden. Viele Besucher laufen in mittelalterlicher Tracht durch die Stadt, ähnlich wie man beim Oktoberfest in München Tracht und Lederhose trägt. Auch die Trolle, Feen und Waldgeister zieht es an solchen Tagen in die Stadt. Unser Spaziergang startet auf dem Münsterkirchhof, führt durch die Bäckerstraße hin zum Pferdemarkt mit Hochzeitshaus und St. Nicolai-Kirche und weiter in die Osterstraße, bevor der Spaziergang an der ehemaligen Garnisonskirche (heute Stadtsparkasse) und dem Rattenfängerhaus endet und es noch einmal zurück zum Pferdemarkt geht.

UDE100012, category travel holiday events Germany. On the first weekend in March, the pied piper city of Hamelin in Northern Germany dives into the Middle Ages. The spectacle spans over the pedestrian zone through the entire historic center of Hamelin, where numerous shops, cafés, pubs, restaurants and boutiques are located. A lot of visitors walk through the city in medieval costumes, similar to how people wears traditional costume and lederhosen when visiting the Oktoberfest in Munich. Trolls, fairies and forest spirits are also drawn to the city on such days. Our walk starts on the Minster Yard, leads through the Baker Street to the Horse Market Square with the Wedding House and St. Nicolai Church and continues into the East Street, before our walk ends at the former garrison church (today savings bank) and the Pied Piper House.

El primer fin de semana de marzo, la ciudad del flautista Hamelín (estado de Baja Sajonia, en el norte de Alemania), se sumerge en la Edad Media. Hamelin te invita a visitar la Mystica Hamelon y vino mucha gente. El espectáculo se extiende a lo largo de la zona peatonal por todo el centro histórico de Hamelín, donde se encuentran numerosas tiendas, cafeterías, pubs, restaurantes y boutiques. Trols, hadas y espíritus del bosque acuden en esos días también a la ciudad. Nuestra caminata comienza en la Plaza de la Catedral, pasa por la Calle de Panadero hasta la Plaza del Comercio de Caballos con la Iglesia de San Nicolai y la Casa de Bodas y continúa por la Calle del Este, antes de que nuestro paseo termine en la antigua iglesia de la guarnición (hoy caja de ahorros) y la Casa de Flautista.
