Songs from the USSR 1930s ~ 1950s Vol.2 ~ Песни из СССР 1930-х ~ 1950-х Том 2

Music of the USSR circa 1930s to late 1950s, converted from shellac to digital in 2008. Still lots to do, for example, provide and align titles and artists to the relevant tracks. A protracted process, and a challenge to be met, given I can't read, speak or understand Russian.

Tracks are off actual records my parents brought with them when we came to Australia in 1961.

There are some copyright claims but screening the video appears unaffected. One upside of the copyright checking process is, I get to learn what the song is (about) and the artist/s. Way to go!

I encourage visitors to explore further the artists and the music. Anyone wishing to provide additional details, you're welcome to contribute.
