Arestado sa mismong opisina ng PNP-HPG sa Cotabato ang isang miyembro nitong sangkot umano sa pangingikil ng umaabot sa P300,000. Pahirapan ang naging paghuli sa kanya lalo't may nagpaputok pa ng baril sa gitna ng operasyon. Iniimbestigahan na ngayon ang isa pang pulis na sangkot diyan.
