Settings conclusion:
1) Don't use ray tracing. (also not worth it, at least compared to if you would have decreased some other settings)
2) Don't increase video view range processing. (well, standard range should suffice and be optimized by the developers)
2.1) Do not increase (use default) video range ("LOD range multiplier"). Note: in this video I have then set this to max (300), since I explicitly wanted to have this setting and since performance would still allow me to have it (though having 144 fps all the time would also be useful).
2.2) Do not increase "field of view" (I didn't even bother increasing it, I assume it also tanks performance like LOD range multiplier - description says game is optimized for default settings, so this would be one of the last things I would increase).
3) Use Asynchronous compute. (this actually had some impact)
4) I had 1440p resolution. If 4K, do all the above, then use FSR and/or decrease some other settings.

Notes: I forgot to turn off motion blur...

CPU: AMD 5950X (PBO enabled, SAM turned on)
GPU: XFX 7900XTX 24GB (default configuration)
RAM: 64GB DDR4 3200 (4x16GB)
Motherboard: Asus Strix X570-E Gaming
Recorded With: GPU Screen Recorder (60fps)
Linux Mint 21.3
Kernel 6.5.0
Playing on Linux through Steam Proton Experimental (currently latest is Proton 9.0-1). FPS via Steam overlay are on top left corner.
