Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union Conference
The Office of the Government of the Czech Republic is pleased to invite you to the conference organised by the Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
The conference titled ‘The Europe of Tomorrow: Gender Equality🚻 and the Economy’ will take place in Prague Congress Centre on 3-4 October 2022 in Prague and will bring together representatives of the Commission, European Parliament, EU member states and candidate countries, EU agencies, civil society, social partners, youth organisations, and a number of other key stakeholders. With a specific focus on economic and social rights, the purpose of the conference is to discuss how to best promote gender equality in the new realities shaped by the yet incomplete recovery from the pandemic, Russian military aggression against Ukraine🇺🇦rising costs of energy, goods, and services, and climate change. Taking into account the European Year of Youth 2022, the conference will facilitate dialogue with the young generation and address challenges that young people face today in order to achieve the Union of Equality tomorrow.
