准备模具:6或 7寸圆模

材料:
2条 红萝卜 (大约180克)
2粒 鸡蛋 (size A)
80克 细砂糖
125克 中筋面粉(或底筋面粉)
1/2茶匙 发粉
1/2茶匙 小苏打
少许 细盐
1/2茶匙 肉桂粉
80毫升 玉米油/植物油

50克 (烤香后的核桃)
30克葡萄干
少许 柠檬皮

170度,上下火,烘烤大约50分钟

The ingredients for this carrot cake are relatively simple and not difficult to make. Although simple, the cake body is moist and delicious. Shadajie added raisins and some shredded lemon to the carrot cake, and it tasted fragrant and good.

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
80ml corn/vegetable oil

50g (toasted walnuts)
30 g raisins
a pinch of lemon zest

170 degrees, up and down fire, bake for about 50 minutes
