Intercity Back On The WCML “Friday Charter" 87002 - London Euston to Crewe via Birmingham

With the opportunity for a run behind an 87 once again down the West Coast Mainline I decided to go for a spin on the Friday only LSL Intercity charter train. The set does a run from Crewe to Euston and then returns to Manchester Piccadilly via Birmingham every Friday and is now set to do so every Friday until December 9th. Walk up fares are £75.

This video includes footage of the train passing Milton Keynes on its way into London and then a good look at both the exterior and interior whist it awaits departure from Euston at 17:42. Then some of the stations and parts of the journey enroute to Crewe.
