Polar Vortex Froze The LAKE OF GIANTS!!! (Second Biggest Ice Fishing)

This ice fishing season has been a roller coaster. Thin ice, 15-20" of snow on top, heat waves, polar vortex, and a few others my little brain can muster at the moment. It's taken some sketchy situations, some planning, and some work to get on fish safely. After this string of negative temps we headed south in search of a 20 pound channel cat, at the only place we've ever iced a 20 pounder. The weather had a fish in a funk so the quantity was low, but the quality.. The quality was top notch.
