Описание к видео The 100,000 Genomes Project - An Introduction to Taking Part

This video covers the main issues people are asked to consider when thinking about taking part. Thank you to everyone involved in making this video, especially the patients and participants. All of the patients filmed are participants in the 100,000 Genomes Project, apart from Mouna Albakry who plays a recently diagnosed cancer patient. We'd also like to thank King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, South London NHS Genomic Medicine Centre, Christine Patch, Richard Thompson and Alexander Chan.

This video (v1.0 15/07/2016) has been approved by a Research Ethics Committee (REC) for use when consenting patients in the 100,000 Genomes Project.
