Self Care Diaries EP 3-3 (Thailand) So this is what it feels like to come home to me 🏠

My self journey in Thailand has finally come to an end. After years of searching, shedding and healing, I have finally come home to myself in this last episode. Coming home to me means to me that I have connected back to the purity within my soul, that version of us which was first born onto this earth before life happened. Coming home means to me owning and being in congruence with my deepest inner truths. I documented my journey in hopes to share this process with those in times of struggle, pain, loneliness and despair.

Through this difficult time in my life, instead of succumbing to the hopelessness that resided within me, I decided to channel my pain into taking action in further discovering myself and my path in life.

I hope this series reminds you that you don’t have to remain in the darkness regardless of what is happening around you or within you. I hope for you to keep searching for that gleam of light in times of darkness, that you remember that you can always choose to save yourself out of the slump into calmer waters.
