This easy balsamic caviar pearls recipe is made with only 3 ingredients: balsamic vinegar, agar-agar, and ice-cold oil. It's a delicious and elegant way to add a touch of luxury to any dish.

To make balsamic caviar, you will need:

100 ml balsamic vinegar
1 gram agar-agar
Ice-cold oil

Instructions:
Place a glass of oil in the freezer for 2 hours before time.

In a saucepan, add the balsamic vinegar and the agar-agar and stir until dissolved. Bring to a boil. Cook for another two minutes.
Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.

Fill a syringe with the balsamic mixture.

Remove the glass of oil from the freezer and pipe the balsamic mixture into the oil, making small circles.
Let the balsamic pearls sit in the oil for about 10 minutes, or until they are set.

Remove the balsamic pearls from the oil and raise out the excess oil with cold water and enjoy!
