I decided to play and miss the medkit. I discovered out that players can not backtrack to get the medkit BP. till mission 11.
But I the blueprint did appear in 2 different areas not that it will be in the same places like in this run.

1. Medkit BP was on the wall before in the area where Axel and Ripley press the buttons together.
2. In the Lorenz systech spire near the desk to shut off the alarm.

That said

If players miss the med-kit blueprint at the beginning of the game. And you have not found it before mission 11 reason was this mission puts player right where they need to be to get grab it.

There is a code 0340 on the terminal past the hanging wire if you want the loot there also. The room is down past where you found the code. For those who just want the med-kit Blueprint its on a bench before you crouching under the live wire.

I suggest saving once you have the med-kit Blueprint. I used the flashlight to mark the spots where the med-kit Blueprint is normally this area.
