Salt Pepper Tofu Ingredients:

450g Firm Tofu
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Ground White Pepper
2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch

Aromatics:
1 Scallion Chopped
4 Garlic Cloves Minced
3 Chili Peppers

Seasoning:
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Chinese 5 Spice Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Ground White Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Crispy Chili Oil Garlic Eggplant

2 Medium Sized Globe (American) Eggplant
5 Garlic Cloves Minced
1 Tablespoon Grated Ginger
1 Tablespoon Your Favrorite Chile Crisp Sauce + a few teaspoons of the oil
1 Chopped Scallion
3 Tablespoons Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
2 Teaspoons sugar
1 Tablespoon Pure Sesame Oil
