Lord Ricketts: Truss has no authority 'internationally or domestically'

Lord Ricketts says the chaos in the Commons was "a shaming experience" which risks damaging Britain's global reputation.

He told Sky's Kay Burley Liz Truss must be held responsible, adding she's failing to exert any authority "domestically or internationally".

He added there needed to be a general election as soon as possible.
