Miniature Horse show event - Liberty

Описание к видео Miniature Horse show event - Liberty

A favorite event at miniature horse shows across the country is the "Liberty" class. In Liberty, the horse is released in the show ring by its handler and allowed to run freely around the ring, accompanied by lively music.

The horse is judged on how it uses the entire arena, displays all gaits, and how well its movement fits the music (or vice versa). After a minute and thirty seconds, the music is stopped and the handler has only another 90 seconds to catch the horse.

Shown here is Beloveds Hallelujah Creation at the 2007 Silver Jubilee AMHA show in Springfield, Ohio.
