READ ME, PLEASE :) Due to some unfortunate technical difficulties over which I have no control, this isn't quite the way I wanted to do this video. Maybe someday I'll be able to re-record, but for now, this is the best way I could figure out. In lieu of the planned demonstration section, here's a description of how you co-wash :)

Wet your hair and apply your conditioner to the roots of your hair the way you would a shampoo. All in all, you should be using a generous handful-size--I find it helpful to apply the conditioner in smaller doses, one area of my head at a time. Massage your scalp gently in circular motions with the tips of your fingers--the fleshy parts, not your nails--for at least 3-5 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly. Annnd you're done!
