Making Arwen's Dress | 20th Anniversary of Lord of the Ring's

Well this was 20 Years in the making. I have always wanted to make this Costume and it being the 20th Anniversary of the films only made sense to make this and give you a tutorial if you are inspired to go back to Middle Earth.
