The sad reality of owning livestock has hit us this year. Losing Bellamy's calf wasn't in the books, and while I don't know the reason I can speculate about it, I'll never know for sure. Bellamy is doing OK. She's still with herd and spending a lot of time with her first calf, Benelli.
