FM23 Recruitment Focuses and Scouting Tips

So, I was asked in the SecondYellowCard Discord channel about a scouting method I mentioned during one of his live streams. Rather than a million screenshots and typing errors I thought I'd make a video.

There a bunch of disclaimers as this won't work for everyone and I am in 2038 in my save with 28 scouts and a ton of money. However, it is scalable and should work if you have enough scouting coverage.

Using recruitment focus to start the ball rolling and investigate any promising signs, keep up with them using shortlists and gain data using agents.

Hopefully this is useful, I'll add some more tutorial type videos over the next few months too but there are also more experiments coming (I just need the time to record them)!
