Relaxing Plant Music in Hawaii with PlantWave

In this video, we'll listen to a plant on the Na Pali Coastal Trail in Kauai, Hawaii. The plant is connected to a PlantWave, which is translating data from a plant into notes. The notes are streamed to a phone with the PlantWave app, containing instruments. Notice how the melodies shift over time. Tune into the relationship between the shifts in the music and changes in light and wind. At @12:00 you may notice the plant stops producing notes, at which point we engage it with some gentle touch.

NOTES ON THE SOUNDSET
The instruments being played by the plant in this video are part of a Soundset called Infinite Possibilities. This is a versatile and expressive set of instruments including electrical piano, bass, chimes and flute. Musical output can range from Eastern pastoral themes to ambient free jazz.
