13.3M points. I made several mistakes, but this is a good pattern for consistently scoring big with the Cipher rifle.

I had to trim the first few seconds (shows personal info), but my opening move is to zoom immediately to Tuulia Hernandez and scare her red before she lights her cigarette. The video picks up from there, but you'll notice I didn't catch her with the lamp explosion this go, which would have put this round at over 14M - enjoy!
