Adjusting the XLC spring-loaded Seatpost

Описание к видео Adjusting the XLC spring-loaded Seatpost

Ensuring an optimal ride is easier with a spring-loaded seatpost versus the puck. The xlc is not particularly light but it does a fine ride. In the future it'll probably get swapped out, but as long as it keeps performing I'll keep it.
For torque specifications please refer to XLC's data. Definitely follow the Warning "NOT" to remove the Spring Load Adjuster. Start with the "factory preload", it's particularly difficult to judge how stiff It Is by hand. It may take you a few times to dial it in to where it is absorbing shock and very stable, make sure you don't bounce when you pedal.
Personal advise: Never allow your seatpost to be so soft you feel that you "bounce" when you pedal, that will stress your knees.
