From the episode "Let it Bleed" (S3 E4) of Rebus, coming from an airing on U&Drama on 24 August 2024.

Rebus returns for a third series after a five year hiatus, the SMG logo also gets an update here. Only seen on three shows according to AVID (definitely likely more though), and I do believe this logo was undocumented until a while ago. The logo gets another update during the fourth season where it's set on a black background. Don't have a capture of this yet, but once I do it will be uploaded.
