Trochoid pumps (AKA gerotor pumps) have some fascinating geometry and they are surprisingly easy to draw.

(This was animated in SolidWorks 2017. SolidWorks does not currently allow you to live trace in animations. This was created/filmed using the built in screen recorder and hitting the calculate button. It is a frustrating workaround as you can not hide the motor arrows and the quality is not the best)
