[Closed Caption available] When measuring DC voltage, a digital mutimeter (DMM) is used in most of cases. However, input resistance of typical DMMs is around 10 MOhm when you measure more than 10 V.
When output resistance of the DUT is large, it causes an error. In that case, Source Measure Unit (SMU) should be effective to make an accurate measurement.
This video shows how to measure voltage with high input resistance accurately by using SMU with making a power supply instrument with large resistances emulate the devices which have high input resistance.
