In the late 1930s, my grandparents KJ & DJA Garle hitched an early caravan to their 1935 Rover, said goodbye to their home in Surrey and left for a camping adventure, perhaps in Scotland.

The soundtrack is from the running of one of their original cine film cameras, a 9.5mm French Pathéscope.
