Orange Bucket High Speed Handle Fitting Machine OB2000-P for plastic handles

The Orange Bucket high speed handle fitting machine OB2000-P has the following characteristics:

Capacity of 1500 up to 2000 buckets per hour (cycle time 2,5 seconds).

Bukcet size ranging from 1 litres to 15 litres.

Suitable for all kinds of shaped buckets

Suitable for flat or T-shaped handles

Coming out of the injection molding machine the buckets will be transported into the handle fitting machine. They will be positioned on a turntable which rotates in a stepped way to do its job step by step.

First the bucket will be rotated in the right orientation for the handle to be fitted.

Depending on the type of handle these can be fed manually (or by robot) into a buffer.

An elevating unit will take the handles out of the bin and feed it to a unit which will singulate them. The knob position will be checked and if necessary the handle will be turned over to put the knob in the right position to be fitted.

Then the handle will be gripped by the mounting unit which will bend and fit the handle onto the bucket.

Thereafter the handle will be swept away towards a pre-set direction around the bucket rim.

At the end the buckets will be transported to the stacker, stacked and subsequently will be transported out of the machine on a roller conveyor.
