Today, we're making this super-easy-done-at-home recipe for churros. A very lovely and hearty treat that anyone will love ❤️ best served with thick chocolate or coffee.

Spanish churros and Mexican churros are almost similar. Spanish churros are coated in sugar and served with a thick dipping chocolate sauce while the Mexican churros are coated in a mixture of cinnamon sugar and served with chocolate, caramel or eaten plain.

Ingredients:

1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp white sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup flour
3 eggs (in the video, I used 3 but it's best to use only 2 for better consistency)
