Classic Butter Masala popcorn
Ingredients:
• Oil 1 tsp
• Butter 2 tbsp (4cubes)
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Popcorn kernels 1/2 cup
• Peri Peri Masala 1 tsp
Method:
• Take a wolk/ Kadai and add the corn kernels along with the oil & butter and salt , mix once and use a lid to cover. Make sure the lid is fitted tightly.
• On high flame cook the corn for 7 minutes and the popcorn will start pop one by one.
• After 7 minutes of cooking in the kadai, carefully remove the lid and add peri peri masala. Your Masala butter popcorn is ready.
