In this video I show you how to make what I call my 'Anytime Sultana Cake'. A nice little teatime treat to have in the cake tin and ready to enjoy with a nice cup of tea anytime.
Recipe:
140g Softened Butter
140g Sugar (I use caster, you can use granulated if you wish)
150g Whole Eggs (That's 3 medium sized eggs)
225g Self-Raising Flour
Zest of half a lemon
170g Sultanas.
