Sporty, tiny campervan, fully equipped! Hymer Free 540 Blue Evolution

This tiny campervan is the Hymer Free 540 Blue Evolution. The campervan is a comparitively new model for Hymer being presented to the public for the first time in July 2020. The Hymer Free 540 Blue Evolution measures 541cm in length and is based on the Fiat Ducato from which it has features such as the the new Fiat multimedia system including a 7-inch, 18cm navigation device and the integrated ISOFIX child seat mount.

It has a sporty, bicolour design in Storm Blue Metallic. It has matt black 16-inch alloy rims and a glossy black radiator grille. A pop-top tent in the roof that is also coloured black means that the Free 540 is able to offer up to four berths, although it is going to be a bit of squash with four adults in a vehicle only 541cm long. It comes with cruise control as well as LED daytime running lights and fog lights. There is a 90-litre diesel tank so one should be able to get well over 1,000km on one tank of fuel.

It comes with an integrated reversing camera.

With a polished silver effect combined with white locker doors, the interior of the "Blue Evolution" special edition has an open and bright appearance. The bicolour, grey upholstery combination and the colour-coordinated "Evolution" flooring with a wood finish create a modern overall appearance. Blue decorative cushions pick up the exterior colour of the vehicle and add subtle touches of colour to the living area. A utensil bag in the entrance area rounds off the interior with additional storage space. It also comes with an anthracite-coloured awning.
