Cutting Foam Cores for Quickie Model Airplanes

I demonstrate how I use the FeatherCut system (from http://www.cstsales.com) to cut 47.75" long foam wing cores for Quickie 500 model planes. I show the foam as I get it in 48" x 24" x 2" sheets and how I trim it down to size. Then I show how the FeatherCut is used in some detail. Some of my techniques are useful to those cutting cores by hand and for those setting up home made gravity cutting systems.
