Gaudin Motor Company is one of more than 280 local employers participating in Southern Nevada's Industry Sector Partnerships that bring together employers from our region's target industries to align talent development.

Gaudin Motor Company works directly with Clark County School District high schools to recruit and provide career pathways to students in the District's automotive technology programs. This strategy is a win-win as it allows high schools to learn the qualifications needed for employment in this in-demand field while building a pipeline of young talent for Gaudin's growing businesses.

Gaudin Motor Company hired eight 2024 CCSD graduates into various positions at its Southern Nevada dealerships and service centers.

One of them is Ceasar, who graduated from Southwest Career & Technical Academy, or SWCTA.
