Reasons why someone might need a Custom Incline Supine:
• Diagnosis of gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD)
• History of aspiration pneumonia
• Commercial bed positioning doesn’t work or is inconsistent due to the amount of pieces needed to keep the person safe
• Person “Falls into” deformities or reflexes (e.g. windswept hips, scoliosis, ATNR, etc.)
• Need for a 30-45 degree elevated position for enteral nutrition
• Need for repositioning throughout the night
