『水槽の虎』

何かがその場に〔いる〕〔ある〕。というリアリティはとても個人的な体験に拠り所を求めている。そのため個人個人が持つリアリティには、あらかじめ盛り込まれていたかのような誤差が生じる。
一匹のトラを通じて、観察するという行為の中に現われる「ほつれ」から、個人が見ているものの不確かさを浮かび上がらせたいと考え、アニメーションを制作した。

Something/someone is there. This fact seeks a cornerstone of the reality of a personal experience. For this reason each individual's reality has a disparity that seems like it has been pre-programmed.
I created this animation of one tiger with the intention to highlight the uncertainty of what individuals are seeing through a "fray" that appears within the act of examination.
