These flavourful SPICY ASIAGO CHEESE CRISPS are easy to make and we love the many ways they can be enjoyed. Serve them on their own as crispy, cheesy party snacks. We also love them used as garnishes for salads and soups.

Here's what you’ll need to make them:
1 cup of Asiago cheese, grated
2 T unbleached flour
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon of black pepper

Here’s how to make them:
1) Preheat oven to 350°F.
2) Place all of the ingredients into a small bowl and toss together using two forks.
3) Using a tablespoon measure, drop mounds of cheese mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Transfer to oven and bake for 6 to 8 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
